I purposely waited 6 months to write this review so I could fully assess the service. I purchased the Platinum Ceramic-Level 2 package which included paint correction, ceramic coating, and full detailing. I also purchased the Alloy Wheel Repair. I am completely satisfied with everything. Paint looks like new and water runs right off. It is so easy to keep clean. The interior detailing was superb. I have always done this myself, but it was much better than I have ever been able to do. Simply have to wipe with moist cloth and it looks like new again. The wheel repair made my wheels look like they just came from the factory. They all had a lot of curb rash and paint was getting dull. They also cleaned the brake calipers. It's been 6 months now and everything is still perfect. Bottom Line: It was a little expensive, but definitely worth it. Thank You Total Recon.
I had spider scratches and a number of blemishes on my 2006 Jaguar. Pretty car but the paint and almost 20 years of wear didn't do it justice. When I picked up the car I almost wasn't sure it was mine. Looked brand new! Not just because of the ceramic coat but the chrome wheels, engine bay and interior. Had to fight back the tears. The car looked INCREDIBLE! So very impressed! Tom and the guys are artists at what they do. Very committed and take pride in their work. As they should; it's top notch!
Total Recon just completed the third repair/upgrade to my 2006 SSR. As in the past, their repair to my self-inflicted damage was outstanding. In addition, they added some pin striping which looks great. Overall, their work is consistently outstanding, it is performed quickly and professionally. I would rely on Total Recon for any future work I need within their scope of service they offer. They are first class all the way.

I initially contacted Tom to reappolster a motorcycle seat. There was delay after delay and excuse after excuse. Tom never initiated contact. I always had to follow up. He always had to "check" on something. After two months of trying, I didn't even have an estimate. Simply Poor Customer Service.

I am currently the President of a Classic Automobile Club and I highly recommend the services provided by Tom who owns the “Total Recon”. Tom has worked on my two classic Mustangs as well as numerous cars that belong to members of my Classic Automobile Club. He has worked on modern cars that are valued well into the six (6) figure range as well as award winning classic automobiles. Tom has provided services from paint finish, scratch and ship repair, carpet dyeing and total detailing services. Tom also installed items in the dash of my 1968 Mustang that required dash removal, wire harness repair. Tom stands behind his work and each customer leaves as fully satisfied with the finished product. Total Recon is the ONLY Recon shop that will provide services for my automobile or would receive my recommendation. Total Recon is a CLASS ACT doing stellar quality work.
